Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
